The idea to train people for professions in administration and finance appeared in 2024, when the holding launched its first accounting program.

The high employment rate among graduates led to the creation of a separate brand in 2025 — DWW Akademie. Today, we continue to expand accounting programs and add new courses based on the needs of the German labor market.

Consultants then recommend the most suitable profession and help identify strengths.
Sometimes we even advise that our programs may not be the right fit — and suggest alternative career directions instead

During the initial consultation, students share their background and career goals

They demonstrate real workplace tasks and teach software used in about 80% of open job positions

All teachers are practicing professionals working in Germany

While we do not guarantee employment, we make the job search process in Germany much easier.

HR managers, recruiters, and career coaches work with students during the training

Curators and mentors

Curators stay in contact with students in group chats, help with platform access, answer questions in German and English, and support with homework

Our graduates gain practical experience through internships with partner companies
