«I worked in the field of adult online education for more than 15 years. When I arrived in Germany with just one suitcase and my children, I thought I would never be able to continue doing what I loved.
So I started learning the language and actively looking for work. I was lucky to find a job in my own field, but I also saw how difficult it was for many other newcomers to adapt to the new reality.
Work and communication with colleagues gave me back a sense of stability and support. People often asked how I managed to rebuild my life so quickly, learn the language, and start a career again.
That is why I decided to help others so that people like me can also find their place in Germany.»
Anastasiia Karpova, CEO DWW Akademie
The idea to train people for professions in administration and finance appeared in 2024, when the holding launched its first accounting program.
The high employment rate among graduates led to the creation of a separate brand in 2025 — DWW Akademie. Today, we continue to expand accounting programs and add new courses based on the needs of the German labor market.
DWW Akademie is part of the Negentrix educational holding, founded in Berlin in 2022
Our team
have personally navigated the integration process and understands how difficult it can be to adapt to life in a new country without support.
That’s why we stay in touch with our students until they find a job, making sure our mission is fulfilled.
